This recipe is soooo simple, creamy, healthy, and delicious!!! I might have to go make another batch as soon as I’m finished posting this lol!!
Ingredients:
2 cans chilled coconut milk (full fat)
1 cup cocoa powder (preferably raw)
4-6 tablespoons Keto friendly sweetener like monk fruit or use honey if your not keto (add more or less to your taste)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Hand whisk or use blender for fluffy mousse like texture. Eat right away or keep in fridge up to 5-7 days.
I also added 3 drops of toffee flavored stevia liquid for extra flavor and sweetness boost, but this is optional.
