Vegan Strawberry Milkshake

Being pregnant I had the strongest craving for a fast food strawberry milkshake! I haven’t had a traditional milkshake in almost 20 years. I decided to try to make the healthiest version I could that tasted as thick and luscious as the real thing! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did 😉

Ingredients:

One can COLD full fat coconut milk

1 10 ounce bag of frozen strawberries or other fruit of choice

1 scoop of collagen powder

Seven drops of Simply Stevia liquid

1 to 2 teaspoons honey

One teaspoon beet powder optional

Using a good brand of coconut milk really makes the difference. I like to use the target good and gather brand. Make sure it’s been chilled at least four hours. Using full fat is important not light. Add all the ingredients to blender. If using another brand of Stevia liquid the amount of drops may vary you may want to start small and work your way up to your desired sweetness. Blend until strawberries are completely smooth. Don’t over blend which will heat it up. Serve immediately. Makes two large or three small.
