Do you want gluten free brownies that don’t taste gluten free? These are true blue, real deal, healthy brownies approved by my friends and family who are not gluten free!! Moist! Gooey! And guilt free!
ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons arrowroot flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla
2 eggs or egg replacer
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
Mix dry ingredients very well then add wet ingredients. Let batter rest for 20-30 minutes before baking and let oven preheat to 350 degrees while the batter rests. Letting the batter rest hydrates the gluten free flours giving the brownies a smoother texture. Grease a small brownie pan roughly 8×8 or pie pan works too. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
