Sweet potato Cool Whip – Vegan and Gluten Free


1 serving made simple in single serve blender cup or double/triple/quadruple in full size blender

1 cooked and peeled sweet potato
6 tablespoons non dairy milk of choice 
2 tablespoons agave, honey, or maple syrup 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold. Keep in fridge for 1-3 days.
